Due to the increasing demand for our products expansion was necessary and in July 2009 we took over one of the oldest established butchers in Lanark. This has greatly increased our capacity as well as allowing us to greatly expand our range of products. Our shop now offers our own Aberdeen Angus Beef as well as Local Lamb, Pork and Poultry. We produce our own Free Range Bronze Turkeys. We hang all our beef for 4 weeks and in many ways have “turned back the clock” with many of our products to now produce meat “like it used to be” We also produce our own awarding winning pies and we are currently increasing the number of delicatessen lines we stock. We deliver nationwide and have a wide selection of cuts as well as versatile and cost effect variety boxes. |
